1800 Calorie Diabetic Diet
Here is a 3 days 1800 calorie diabetic diet. The purpose is to give you an idea on how you can plan for your breakfasts, lunches, or dinners ahead. The diabetic diets plans provide about 20% from protein, 30% from fat, and 50% of calorie from carbohydrate.

- 12 crackers
- ½ cup broccoli
- ½ cup cauliflower
- 2 Tbsp dip
- 1 apple
- Diet soda
DINNER:
- 4 oz hamburger
- 1 hamburger bun
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 2 tomato slices
- 1 Tbsp ketchup
- 1¼ cup watermelon
- 1 oz chips
- 1 cup celery sticks
- 2 tsp peanut butter

- ½ cup croutons

- 1 peach
- 8 fl oz skim milk
DINNER:
- 2/3 cup pasta noodles
- ¼ cup zucchini
- ¼ cup eggplant
- ½ cup pasta sauce
- 1 breadstick
